Reminders for Appointments via Text, Phone, or Email

We know your life is busy. Your dentist appointment might not be the first thing on your mind, so we'll remind you however you would like: text message, phone call, or email.

Completely Digital Records

You might wonder how this helps. Trust us, it does. If you ever need to be referred to a specialist, sharing your files is a cinch for us and no hassel to you.

Get fitted with a crown and on your way in the same day

In the past, getting a crown was a two day process. After a mold was made, it would have to be sent away to be manufactured. That is not the case here. With our Cerec CAD/CAM machine we can prepare and seat a porcelain crown in the same visit.

Digital Radiography

A computerized x-ray sensor allows us to lower your radiation exposure. There is no film to develop; images appear instantly on our monitors with digital x-rays. This allows us to quickly diagnose and treat our patients. Having your x-rays in a digital form also facilitates seamless communication with specialists.

Operating Microscopes Used

Dr. Ben and Greg Gullo are among the few General Dentists in the United States using this Technology. We do not know of anyone in western or central New York who offer microscope enhanced general dentistry. If you can see it better you can treat it better. We use high magnification Zeiss operating microscopes that enable us to see the inside of your mouth 17x closer. Don't let that alarm you. That's actually a good thing. We can see little problems that would be missed without this type of magnification allowing us to consistently do incredibly fine work with precision.

Loops for Hygenists

As we said before, If you can see it better, you can treat it better. All our dental clinicians have loops available to them. Our hygenists can use these to discover small problems before they become big ones.

Computer Aided Denture Design

When dentures are made, a multi step process begins involving molds and casts. The final product is a custom fit denture for the patient. While the denture is custom fit, each step of the process has some degree of variability in it, leading to slight variabilites and imperfections ...until now. Using our access to a 3D imaging scanner we can scan the original mold from your teeth. This cuts out all additional steps and the variabilites that come with them. That leaves you with a more comfortable fit.
